Classic Shaker Low Post bed. Posts are hand turned on a lathe and feature a Mushroom finial on foot and head posts. The Head posts are 42” tall with a solid 16” tall headboard mortised into the posts, each Foot post is 23” tall. The bed is offered in several wood species; Cherry, Tiger Maple, Walnut, ask about White Oak. Simple but elegant bed, looks incredible in all wood species offered. Built with lasting joinery and premium woods. This bed is made to be a platform bed. The top of mattress height is 26-28” from floor so a mattress thickness from 6” to 12” thick will work with this bed, or a 4” boxspring and 6” -8” thick mattress. Solid wood Headboard is 16” high. This bed goes well with the Enfield Shaker Side Tables. The heights of bed are 12-3/4” below rail to floor, height of mattress from floor is 26”-28” with a 6-12” mattress/box spring thickness.
